In our production line we have our own QC staffs.2 persons in checking components, 2 persons in checking assembling, 1 person in checking finished product.Our own QC staffs ,check the quality strictly before delivering to our clients.
Random sample checking:
1,Raw material steel appearance & hardness checking. Cause we use China, famous brand steel Shanghai Baogang,a reliable China supplier of steel materials.
2,Components dimensions & hardness checking.Components such as: pin,roller,plate,need to be heat treatment, and completed surface treatment.
3,Finished product checking.To check roller chain breaking load, lenth,compare with the standard to ensure the quality!
